Refund & Exchange Policy – KidzPapaToys

At KidzPapaToys, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• In its original packaging

• Returned with all accessories and included items

• In the same condition in which it was received

A PKR 250 return shipping fee will apply to all return or exchange requests unless the mistake was made on our side (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible.

Please note that products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or mishandling caused by the customer will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:

• Order number

• Reason for the return or exchange

• Photos of the product (if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
